She has various qualifications, completing the Executive Development Degree Programme (IESE, Madrid) and also has a Degree Programme in E-Commerce, Business & Technology from Berkeley University (California).
After completing her Law degree, she joined Arthur Andersen as an external auditor. Renfe and Trasmediterránea were some of her clients. Since then, her professional career has always been linked to audiovisual media. Firstly, at Gestevisión-Telecinco, where she occupied the post of Audit and Operations Director, and of Control and Business Affairs Director, and from February 2004 to the present date, at the ATRESMEDIA Group. She began to work at ATRESMEDIA in 2004, as Head of the CEO’s Department. Since 2006, she has led the Atresmedia Foundation.
In order to reveal the reality of the current situation of female executives, in conjunction with PWC, she has published two reports: La Mujer directiva en España (The Female Executive in Spain), in 2012, and Inspirando, casos de éxito en diversidad de género (Inspiring, Gender Diversity Success Stories), in 2014.
