to make progress in new communication, marking out the pattern with
regard to the creationof new trends. The launchof the

form set up a landmarkwhich unites all the video and audio offer of the
Groupwithmagnificent quality through any kindof device.
In2013,wecreatedanewdepartment,
AtresmediaDiversificación
,which
groups together all the activity which does not depend on traditional
earnings fromadvertisingunder acommon strategy inorder tobolster an
additional sourceof growth.
Finally, I do not wish to end without mentioning our actions regarding
CorporateResponsibility.
Atresmedia
is the first Spanish communication
group to join the Media Corporate Social Responsibility Forum (Media
CSR Forum), a forum specialized in Corporate Responsibility of theme-
dia, composedof someof the largest international communicationscom-
panies such as theBBC, TheGuardian, BSkyB andRTLGroup.
In addition, we continue to back transparency with our interest groups.
This is shown by the quarterly information provided to the CNMV (Na-
tional Commissionof the SecuritiesMarket) concerning non-financial as-
pects of the Company and the annual meetingwith our principal stake-
holders in order to hear opinions on the key themes which concern the
mediawith regard toCorporateResponsibility.
We ended 2013 with the certainty that we had done a good job. We
had been able to get through the difficult times, we demonstrated the
strengthof ourmodel, andwe now address our futurewith confidence.
