Forética presents the group of 42 large companies which compose the Cluster of Transparency, Integrity and Good Governance. This is the business platform which Forética coordinates in Spain in order to serve as a business meeting point in leadership, knowledge, exchange and dialogue in this matter.

Ayt the first meeting of the group, the implications of the new Code of Good Governance of the National Commission of the Securities Market (CNMV) were analysed, including recommendations regarding Corporate Social Responsibility for the companies listed.

This year the Cluster will also analyse the implication for companies of the European Directive on non-financial reporting and its transposition, which must be carried out before December 7, 2016.
