Atresmedia volunteers collaborate in the X Edition of ‘Te invito a cenar’

The solidarity event ‘Te invito a cenar’ celebrated its tenth edition at Mirador de Cuatro Vientos, in Madrid, thanks to the work of more than 500 volunteers, including Atresmedia employees along with their family and friends, who served a special Christmas dinner to more than 1,000 people at risk of exclusion.

The tenth edition of ‘Te invito a cenar’ was held on December 18 in Madrid and brought together more than a thousand people without resources. More than 100 Spanish chefs cooked for this very special occasion and the Atresmedia Volunteers also attended to make it possible.

The dinner, organized by Compañía de las Obras (CdO), offers a Christmas celebration each year to people who cannot afford one on their own. These people who, throughout the year, are accompanied by eight social organizations (Banco de Solidaridad, NGO Cesal, Bocatas, Fundación Acogida, Casa de San Antonio, Hermanas de la Caridad de la Asunción and Estela de Cometa) attend dinner with volunteers and family friends of reference.

15 Atresmedia Volunteers participated in the event, helping to wrap gifts, carrying out kitchen tasks, serving as waiters at the tables or taking care of the wardrobe, everything necessary to make the most special night of the year possible.
