23 Atresmedia Volunteers participated in the Senara Foundation's activity aimed at children at risk of social exclusion as part of the healthy leisure program carried out by the entity. Together they enjoyed the mysteries of interactive science and were also able to go to the planetarium, an experience that made their morning a different experience.

Promoting healthy leisure

The Senara Foundation works so that boys and girls at risk of social exclusion can achieve academic success through school reinforcement and training workshops, but they also promote healthy leisure through activities and excursions like this one.

In addition, the work of Fundación Senara is not limited to helping children, but also their families. Through accompaniment (in which every day they receive help with homework or are given a snack), they manage to reconcile work with raising their children, something especially valuable in the case of families at risk of exclusion. In the words of Rosa Mª González, children's coordinator of the Senara Foundation, “it has been a very nice experience to see our children integrated into the Atresmedia staff and families. At Fundación Senara we highly value the support of companies as socially committed as this one”.

Paula Santiago, an employee from Atresmedia Multimedia department, commented that she had already visited MUNCYT before, but “Esther, Briana and Stefany helped us see everything from a totally different and wonderful perspective. At first they were a bit shy, but based on trust, the three of them managed to open up 100% with us, something for which we are infinitely grateful.
