In the five hours shift, they painted much more than they had initially planned improving several corridors, rooms, bathrooms, a common room and an office.

Joaquín, one of the Atresmedia Volunteers, commented that this volunteering had helped him "to learn about the great work that Fundación Manantial does with people with mental disabilities. You cannot imagine how specific each case can be until it is explained to you, or you see it.

Of course there was also time to share some food among all and rest after the hard work. One of the users of Fundación Manantial wanted to thank "for the opportunity to volunteer to give back something that the centre has given me”.

For Almudena, this was her first experience as a volunteer: “I loved meeting wonderful people and seeing the great work that Fundación Manantial does with people with mental health problems. It was a very nice day. I will repeat without a doubt ».
