Together with Fundación Integra, Atresmedia commemorates the International Day of People with Disabilities, which was celebrated on Saturday, December 3, with a collaboration agreement between both entities to promote training and improve their employment, as well as equal opportunities in employment among this group.

This new alliance is part of the Capaz Scholarships program, promoted by Atresmedia and in which other entities committed to diversity and labor inclusion already participate, such as Fundación Universia, Fundación Randstad and Fundación Capacis. Since its launch two years ago, more than a hundred people with disabilities have already been trained.

Awareness days for employees

Also, on the occasion of the celebration of the International Day of People with Disabilities, and with the aim of achieving their integration, Atresmedia organized a new awareness day among its employees so that they put themselves in the shoes of the situations that people with disabilities live on a daily basis and promote normalization and coexistence in the work environment.

Diversity Charter

Similarly, as a sign of Atresmedia's commitment to diversity and equality, last November the group signed the Diversity Charter, an initiative promoted by the European Commission that commits the signatory institutions to promoting the ten fundamental principles of equality, diversity and inclusion included in it.
