Atresmedia collaborates with #ELGRANRETOSOLIDARIO of the Emergency Committee for those affected by Covid-19

Atresmedia Group joins the #ELGRANRETOSOLIDARIO initiative launched by the Emergency Committee in Spain to respond to the greatest challenge of our time: the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic. The objective of this virtual solidarity gala is to raise funds to minimize the impacts of the pandemic on the most vulnerable families and groups and prevent them from being left behind.

This social movement created by the Emergency Committee aims, with the support of the media such as Atresmedia, companies, NGOs, artists and influencers, to mobilize society and channel solidarity with those who need it most during the COVID-19 crisis. The event will allow solidarity financial contributions to be made during a large virtual live gala, which will be broadcast on Saturday, May 2, starting at 5:00 p.m. on different channels and which will combine music, entertainment and awareness.

This initiative will serve to finance and expand the projects of the six NGOs that are part of the Emergency Committee (Acción contra el Hambre, Médicos del Mundo, Oxfam Intermón, Plan International and World Vision) that are already working in Spain and around the world , to face the consequences of this pandemic among the most vulnerable sectors of the population due to their economic and social situation.

The gala has the support of the Atresmedia Group, which joined the Emergency Committee as a media partner since its inception, and other media such as RTVE, Vocento and Movistar + to amplify the dissemination of the event. ProFuturo, the digital education program of Fundación Telefónica and Fundación "la Caixa", also collaborates and is sponsored by companies such as Oral B, We Are Water and Animal M.

In addition, well-known Atresmedia faces such as Jordi Évole, Ana Morgade, Iñaki López or Andrea Ropero will participate in the event and collaborate with its dissemination, as well as influencers with great media pull, such as Videopatas, Verdeliss, Mundo de Mía, Loulogio and Mimo de Mami , they will give up their channels to broadcast the gala, making this digital event a milestone in terms of broadcasting and distribution.
