Thanks to the work carried out by its three main stations, Onda Cero, Europa FM and Melodía FM, Atresmedia Radio offers content that responds to the concerns and interests of society, providing audiences with informative and musical programming characterised by credibility, pluralism and proximity. This division, which operates under the company Uniprex, stands out for the reach and quality of its content.
As part of its commitment to social progress, Onda Cero focuses its offering on local information, civic reflection and the fight against fake news and misinformation. Europa FM and Melodía FM, meanwhile, focus their programming on music content.
The monetisation model mainly consists of generating revenue through advertising in radio and digital formats, complemented by the adaptation of content to the digital environment to attract new audiences. One example is the launch of Onda Cero Podcast, which in recent years has incorporated fiction series, documentaries and on-demand programmes. In addition, television programmes such as “Equipo de Investigación”, the documentary “Anglés. Historia de una fuga”, the series “Caso” and the fiction “Gente hablando” have been adapted to audio format.
Finally, under the slogan “Onda Cero listens to the Climate”, the station strengthened its commitment in 2025 to the fight against climate changethrough its “Luz Verde” initiative, launched in 2024. Through campaigns, messages, reports and interviews, Onda Cero seeks to engage listeners in the task of halting the degradation of the planet, making the fight against climate change a cross-cutting issue across all its programming.
