The Company's directors consider that any liabilities not foreseen at 31 December 2015 that might
arise from the guarantees provided would not be material.
21.- Events after the reporting period
There were no significant events between the reporting date and the date of formal preparation of
the Company's financial statements.
22.- Explanation added for translation to English
These financial statements are presented on the basis of the regulatory financial reporting
framework applicable to the Company in Spain (see Note 2). Certain accounting practices applied
by the Company that conform with that regulatory framework may not conform with other
generally accepted accounting principles and rules.
