Atresmedia, through the ongoing work of its Human Resources and Sustainability departments, works to promote the employability and training of people with disabilities, recognizing the value of diversity.
The Group develops different measures and initiatives aimed at this objective:
1. Capaz Scholarship Programme: Since 2020, and thanks to collaboration with organizations such as Fundación Capacis, Fundación Universia, Fundación Randstad, Fundación Integra, and Fundación Eurofirms, Atresmedia offers training scholarships so that young people with disabilities can access Atresmedia Formación courses, contributing to their employability within the audiovisual sector. This initiative also allows the Group to identify potential profiles that may join Atresmedia’s workforce.
2. Training internships at Atresmedia: Atresmedia offers the opportunity to carry out internships within the different companies of the Group. These opportunities are shared with organizations working with people with disabilities, with the aim of reaching a greater number of potential candidates.
3. Inclusive recruitment processes and job adaptation: Atresmedia ensures that its recruitment processes are inclusive, with the aim of guaranteeing that any candidate can apply for its job offers. In addition, when necessary, the Group adapts workplaces so that all people can carry out their work effectively, safely, and under equal conditions.
