Atresmedia Group has received an A- score in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) benchmark report for the investment community, surpassing both the sector average and the European average, which are both rated B.

Atresmedia formalised on 1 December the renewal, through to 2030, of the sustainable financing linked to its syndicated corporate loan, with a total value of €175 million. BBVA and CaixaBank acted as joint sustainability coordinators for the financing. The syndicated financing is linked to the performance of two social indicators and one environmental indicator.

The Atresmedia Group once again took part in S&P Global’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment and, for the first time, has been included in the Sustainability Yearbook 2026, which recognises companies with the strongest sustainability performance.

The Atresmedia Group has taken another step forward in its sustainability commitment by verifying its Scope 1+2 carbon footprint in accordance with the GHG Protocol andregistering it in the carbon footprint registry of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge (MITECO).
Emergency Committee
The seven NGOs that make up the Emergency Committee are working to reach affected communities with food, water, medicine, and essential supplies to save lives. This represents a crucial opportunity for the Committee’s NGOs and their local partners to expand their work once again, after months of extraordinary challenges in delivering aid. To date, more than €54,000 has been raised.

EMERGENCY COMMITTEE
The Spanish Emergency Committee activated its response protocols following the earthquake in Myanmar (Burma). The buildings and structures in the affected areas lack the necessary strength to withstand the tremors, increasing the risk of collapses and casualties. Additionally, hundreds of people have been seriously injured. Thanks to the media coverage from outlets like Atresmedia Group, the fundraising has already surpassed €60,000.

Atresmedia organized the 6th edition of its solidarity market for employees, held on December 3, 4, and 5, 2024. This year, the proceeds were donated to the Red Cross to support people affected by the DANA storm, which caused significant damage in the Valencian Community, Castilla-La Mancha, Murcia, and Andalusia, leaving many families in difficult situations.
BLOOD DONATION
Atresmedia employees have once again demonstrated their commitment and solidarity by participating in the 9th blood donation campaign organized in collaboration with the Red Cross. This year, a total of 61 people came forward to donate, with 51 successfully completing their donations, benefiting 153 patients who will receive vital support.

Atresmedia Group has joined forces with the Red Cross to provide assistance in response to the damage caused by the DANA weather phenomenon in several regions of Spain, which has resulted in significant material destruction, as well as numerous fatalities and missing persons. Through its outreach, Atresmedia has helped raise over 38 million euros in individual donations received by the Red Cross.
